Welcome to husiccontainers.com (the “Site”), operated by Husic Containers (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using this Site or our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site.
1. Services
Husic Containers provides container and dumpster rental services, including 10, 20, and 30 yard containers, for residential, commercial, and industrial use throughout the New York City metropolitan area. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.
2. Rental Terms
Container rental periods, pricing, and delivery schedules are provided at the time of booking. Rental periods begin on the date of delivery and end on the date of pickup. Extensions may be available and may incur additional charges. Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate access for delivery and pickup vehicles.
3. Prohibited Materials
The following materials may NOT be placed in our containers:
- Hazardous waste, chemicals, or toxic substances
- Asbestos or asbestos-containing materials
- Flammable or explosive materials
- Medical or biological waste
- Tires, batteries, or electronics (unless arranged in advance)
- Paints, solvents, or oils
- Any materials prohibited by local, state, or federal law
Disposal of prohibited materials may result in additional fees, fines, or refusal of service.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices quoted are based on container size, rental duration, debris type, and delivery location. Final pricing may vary based on actual weight or volume of materials. Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We reserve the right to charge additional fees for overweight containers, extended rental periods, or prohibited materials.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule deliveries due to weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide a safe, accessible location for container placement. Containers must not be loaded beyond the fill line. Customers are responsible for obtaining any required permits for container placement on public property. Damage to containers caused by misuse will be the customer’s responsibility.
7. Liability and Indemnification
Husic Containers is not liable for any damage to driveways, sidewalks, lawns, or other property caused during the normal course of delivery and pickup. We are not responsible for damage caused by the customer’s misuse of the container. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Husic Containers from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Husic Containers’ liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service at issue.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Husic Containers or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Richmond County, New York.
